 Oil prices per barrel are dipping. They were around $95 on May 27, a dip of more than 4%. That is good news for Americans, though it comes after a huge travel weekend over Memorial Day. The overall gas information is good, too, with the average price tumbling to $4.46 per gallon.

Since the start of the war, the average cost of a gallon of regular unleaded has ranged from $3.48 to $3.59, then to $3.79, and now to $4.46.
